The Colorado School Foundations Association is a group of nonprofit organizations that exists to support public primary and secondary schools, public school districts and public education in Colorado.
Our members work on behalf of students, schools and school districts from the Front Range to the Western Slope, collectively representing more than 50% of the state's public school students.
CSFA supports Colorado's education foundations by providing professional development, networking and other resources. The group does not fundraise for itself and does not have a paid staff.
Please take a look around, and be sure to Contact Us with any questions or to join our growing community of education supporters!
"Being a part of the CSFA is an invaluable connection to colleagues who are experiencing the same or similar successes and challenges of the work we do as non-profits supporting school districts. The opportunity to meet on a periodic basis allows us to share what has worked and was has not worked. As a veteran Executive Director, I believe the connection to CSFA keeps me current on issues around the state as well as provides a safe venue for the discussions. I would recommend membership to any and all non-profits affiliated with school districts, especially new Executive Directors and staff."

"The Association and its members took us under their wing when we were just starting our foundation in Clear Creek County. The support of the group and the cumulative years of experience it represented was/is invaluable to us as we develop our program in support of Clear Creek School District. "-- Carol O'Brien
The Colorado School Foundations Association seeks to ensure all Colorado students have an opportunity to be successful. CSFA has a membership of 12 education nonprofits around Colorado. Our members represent local and regional community efforts to improve public education around the state and are responsible for more than $10 million in supplemental funding to school districts around Colorado annually.
CSFA is a non-staffed group and all activities are supported by member dues and members' time. Membership is open to any Colorado 501c3 nonprofit organization with a mission supporting public education and public schools in Colorado.
CSFA provides two key services to its members.
